Pursuant to W.S. §15-1-112 (a), the Town of Alpine, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, is

accepting sealed bids on the following item(s) of surplus property.


One (1), JCB Backhoe Model 1400B Backhoe is equipped with custom made forks.

Minimum bid $5,000.00 All items sold in “As is Condition” with no warranties or guarantees. The above item(s) are available for inspection with appointment. Inspection inquiries must be made with Craig Leseberg at 307-880-2869.  All bids must be sent to the Town of Alpine at P.O. Box 3070, Alpine, Wyoming 83128. All bids must be received by November 13, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Bid opening will occur during the regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting on November 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Item(s) will not be released to winning bidder until the Town of Alpine has received payment in full by way of cash or cashier’s check.

The Town of Alpine will now be accepting credit cards for all services/licenses/permits.  There will be a 3% charge for all payments unrelated to water/sewer.

 Dog Licenses for the Town of Alpine are due for renewal by May 31st, 2019. 

As per ordinance # 152-05 License Fee Rates


Annual Town License Fees shall be as follows:

Dog License Fee (Spayed and Neutered)                                                        $  10.00

Cat License Fee (Spayed and Neutered)                                                               5.00

Special Permit Fee (Dog License Fee) for Un-spayed/Un-neutered            50.00



Any Person who shall violate any provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class D misdemeanor.
